Signature Recruitment is a boutique consultancy based in City of London. We are currently recruiting for a part time Compliance Administrator to join the team for two mornings a week.

You will be responsible for checking and marking off candidate compliance in accordance with Home Office and Conduct Regulations. The role requires a high attention to detail, the ability to follow strict processes and a proactive attitude.

Compliance Administrator Key Responsibilities:

  • Check and mark off compliance for a busy recruitment team
  • Check right to work documentation in line with Home Office Regulations
  • Ensure processes are completed in line with Conduct Regulations
  • Ensure accurate references are secured, to meet internal and Home Office guidelines

Compliance Administrator Skills and Experience:

  • Min degree educated with a 2.1 grade or higher
  • Excellent time management skills, able to prioritise and meet deadlines daily
  • Work independently
  • A high attention to detail
  • Able to follow processes accurately
