At Signature Recruitment, we are currently looking for a full-time Contracts Administration Assistant. This is to join our client, a Real Estate and Property Management company based in Dubai. This position is full-time fully remote role within the UK, with an immediate start for a three-month contract with the possibility to extend to six months.

As a Contracts Administration Assistant, you will play an important role as a highly motivated member of the team. Your main duties will be dealing with administrative tasks and managing and overseeing contracts. A good level of written and verbal communication skills is required to deal effectively and efficiently with all parties in the proceedings.

Contracts Administration Assistant Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing strong administrative support to the team. This will include drafting valuation forms, offer letters, contracts and other transactional documentation  for construction, renovation, leasing, sales, purchases
  • Maintaining clear records for all contracts, amendments, and their related correspondence
  • Ensuring good communication between all parties throughout the transaction process. Dealing effectively with any disputes or issues that may arise
  • Good email management to ensure the prompt response to leads effectively and efficiently
  • Conducting thorough reviews of all contracts and documentation to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Undertake other ad-hoc administrative duties as and when required

Contracts Administration Assistant Key Skills:

  • Excellent organisation, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to professionally work with a range of stakeholders
  • Ability to work well independently and remotely with a good home office set-up
  • Proficient in IT
  • Real Estate/Construction Industry experience is desirable
