If you are adept at working both autonomously and collaboratively, we have the perfect opportunity for you to join our vibrant team as a Copy Writer!

Signature Recruitment is thrilled to offer a part-time, home-based role for a proactive and dedicated individual who will write compelling job adverts for showcasing on our website and job boards. This role is to start mid-April, is for 6 months and requires a commitment of 7 hours across weekday mornings. Hours will be distributed over Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays to align with our current workflows to ensure timely copy as needed.

The successful candidate will work closely with our recruitment team to create content that resonates with potential candidates and aligns with our brand voice. Your role will also involve uploading roles to our website with SEO in mind. If you have the experience and skills required to excel in this role, we are eager to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft compelling job advert content to attract top talent for our website, job boards as well as other platforms as required.
  • Maintain a strong brand voice and messaging consistency across all materials.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to tailor content that meets specific job requirements and work to deadlines.
  • Upload copy to our website following SEO practices.
  • Stay up-to-date on current copywriting trends and best practices including AI tools.


  • Experience as a copywriter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles.
