If you have a passion for the Health and Beauty industry and providing first class customer service, we have an exciting opportunity to work for a growing luxury Beauty Agency in Bristol.

A Customer Care Advisor & Administrator is required to join our client’s team to provide excellent service for all business-to-business accounts working within a busy dynamic team.

The job will involve:

  • Providing outstanding customer service for business to business clients
  • Processing orders on the in-house database system
  • Responding to queries over the phone
  • Confidently talk through products and any new marketing campaigns
  • Resolving problems and queries relating to orders in a timely and professional manner, keeping the client informed throughout.

The ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience or a passion for working within the beauty industry
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • The ability to multitask and problem solve

Due to office location and weak public transport, ideally you will have your own transport.

This is a fixed term contract working 3 days a week. The working hours are 8.30am- 5pm/ 9am – 5.30pm per week, paying £18,500 plus benefits.
