If you have a passion for the beauty industry and are looking for part time work, then we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently recruiting for a trusted, luxury skin care brand in north Bristol.

With the business expanding their services to the US, you will excel in your ability to provide first-class customer service and be diligent in ensuring orders are processed to the highest standard.

The right candidate will be ambitious and confident in their approach to both customers and clients, will have previous customer service or administration experience and a mature, down to earth personality.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Processing customer orders on the in-house database system
  • Providing excellent product information and advice to customers
  • Making sure all orders and deliveries are turned around within set timeframes
  • Providing exceptional levels of customer service via phone, email or web chat service
  • Resolving problems and queries relating to orders in a timely and professional manner, keeping the client informed throughout
  • Maintaining an accurate and tidy database, logging all information correctly at all times
  • Using tempting language to upsell company products
  • Making outgoing calls to customer to provide updates on new products, promotions, and actively encouraging sales

There is potential to progress and take on further duties, including:

  • Reporting on performance strength
  • Identifying training issues to the line manager
  • Be the go-to for the team for any escalated customer issues

Due to weak public transport links to the area, a full UK driving licence and your own car will be required.

This is permanent, part-time position and the working hours are 25 hours per week Monday to Friday, 6pm – 11pm and paying £21,000 pro rata.
