If you have a passion for the beauty industry and providing first class customer service, then we have an exciting opportunity to work for a growing, luxury Skin Care Brand in North Bristol.
With the Business expanding their services to the Americas, you will be confident in your ability to provide First-Class Customer Service and be diligent in ensuring orders are processed to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
• Processing customer orders on the in-house database system
• Providing excellent product information and advice to customers
• Making sure all orders and deliveries are turned around within set timeframes
• Providing exceptional levels of customer service via phone, email or web chat service!
• Updating MS Excel spreadsheet information
• Resolving problems and queries relating to orders in a timely and professional manner, keeping the client informed throughout
• Maintaining an accurate and tidy database, logging all information correctly at all times

The working hours are 25 hours per week Monday to Friday, 6-11pm, with the role paying £18,500 per annum (pro rata) + benefits. Due to weak public transport links to the area, a full UK driving Licence and your own car will be required.
