Signature are excited to be working with an exciting FMCG brand based in North Bristol who are looking for Customer Care Coordinators to join their team.
If you pride yourself on excellent customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment this could be the ideal position for you!

The main duties are:

  • Answering customer queries and request via email and phone relating to product information, order confirmations or amendments
  • Processing orders on the in house system
  • Investigating any delivery issues including liasing with other departments and courier websites when necessary
  • Using reports to identify potential issues and keeping the customers informed to ensure high level of customer service is maintained
  • Helping to resolve any customer complaints
  • Running various reports from both Excel and the in-house system as required
  • Maintaining communication with the warehouse regarding stock levels to ensure accurate records are kept

Ideally you will have:

  • Fantastic customer service
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft packages (especially Excel)
  • Previous experience in a similar role

This is a perm role, working full time with a salary of £20,000+ bonus. Due to the location and weak transport links, having your own transport is essential.
