Signature are excited to be working with an exciting, growing FMCG brand based in North Bristol who are looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join their Distribution team on a permanent contract.

If you pride yourself on excellent customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment this could be the ideal position for you!

The main duties are:

  • Answering client queries and request via phone and email relating to product information, order confirmations or amendments
  • Processing orders on the in house system
  • Ensuring client information is accurate and up to date
  • Investigating any delivery issues including liaising with other departments and updating the client accordingly
  • Assisting other departments with order queries

Ideally you will have:

  • Fantastic customer service
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft packages (especially Excel)
  • Previous experience in a similar role

This is a permanent role, working full time with a salary of £20,000 plus bonus. Due to the location and weak transport links, having your own transport is essential.
