Signature Recruitment are seeking a friendly, professional and driven individual to join our client based in Central Bristol. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will engage with candidates to match them with the perfect role, and ensure that the client’s needs are met every time. The position is fast paced and requires great attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities, with a focus on excellent candidate experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and complete multiple recruitment processes for temporary and permanent roles
  • Establish and maintain relationships, maintain regular communication to ensure that job orders are managed through to fill
  • Compile and consult on shortlists to be submitted
  • Interview candidates face to face, building relationships and a thorough understanding of requirements, motivations and skills
  • Conduct interview preparation with candidates for client interviews
  • Complete quality control tasks with clients and candidates
  • Ensure all temporary contractors are compliant and due diligence has been completed
  • Ensure that each recruitment process is conducted to the highest standard and with an excellent level
  • Complete associated administration promptly

Skills and Expertise:

  • Minimum of degree level educated (or equivalent) at a 2.1 grade or higher
  • Previous experience managing working relationships and delivering a high standard of service
  • Strong IT skills including Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and CRM databases
  • The ability to work within a fast paced environment and prioritise effectively around changing deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Able to work under pressure whilst maintaining a high attention to detail
