Job Description

Are you a highly skilled administrator with great verbal and written communication? Do you have experience in higher education administration demonstrating good organisation and time management skills?  If so, Signature Recruitment is looking for an Education & Quality Administrator to join a team in a prominent London University.  This is a full-time role and offers a flexible hybrid working model, allowing for two days in the office and three days at home. The assignment has an immediate start and will run for five months.

As an Education & Quality Administrator you will be working as part of a busy, fast paced team.  You will be the central point of contact for 11 departments within the faculty. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities which include working with data sets, programme modification and review, attending meeting and producing well written minutes, managing queries, on policy and regulations and other ad-hoc administrative duties.

Education & Quality Administrator Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing strong all round administrative assistance to the Quality Assurance Manager. To include implementing and monitoring College-wide curriculum review outcomes
  • Collaborating with the wider Quality Assurance team to analyse module and programme changes and update materials
  • Preparing agendas and meeting papers. Attending meetings and producing well drafted Minutes
  • Serving as the primary contact for departmental queries, offering guidance on policy, procedure, and regulations
  • Interpreting complex regulations and processes in order to explain to varied stakeholders in a straightforward and engaging manner
  • Other ad-hoc administrative tasks and duties as required so as to support the faculty

Education & Quality Administrator Key Skills:

  • A confident and proactive approach to handling tasks, with the initiative to seek guidance as and when needed – a team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organisation, time management and meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and other databases including student records systems (SITS) and website content management systems
