Job Description

Are you a confident and proactive professional with experience in higher education administration? Are you looking for a long-term, hybrid opportunity at a leading London university? We at Signature are currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Administrator to join our client’s Faculty of Arts and Humanities. This role offers a flexible hybrid working model, allowing for 2 days in the office and 3 days at home. The assignment has an immediate start and will run for 7 months.

As Quality Assurance Administrator within the Quality Assurance Team, you’ll be the central support point for 11 departments within the faculty. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, from managing programme modifications and reviews to handling module queries. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of quality processes. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, working collaboratively within the faculty and across the college to uphold and enhance educational standards.

Quality Assurance Administrator Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Quality Assurance Manager in the execution and oversight of curriculum reviews and the coordination of taught provision approvals.
  • Lead the annual compliance process for academic departments, ensuring alignment with college requirements.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to analyse module and programme changes, updating CMA and programme specification materials accordingly.
  • Assist in various quality assurance processes, including programme enhancement plans, reviews, and the annual programme specification review.
  • Serve as the primary contact for departmental queries, offering guidance on policy, regulations, and ad-hoc duties.

Quality Assurance Administrator Key Skills:

  • Exceptional communication abilities, capable of liaising effectively with various stakeholders.
  • A keen eye for detail and the capacity to prioritise tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • A background in higher education administration, and previous experience of quality assurance would be advantageous.

This opportunity is perfect for an individual with a background in higher education administration, particularly with quality assurance experience. If you’re looking to contribute to the success of a vibrant academic community and have the skills we’re seeking, we invite you to apply.

While we aim to respond to every applicant, the volume of applications may result in delayed communication. If you do not receive a response within a week, your application may not have been successful on this occasion, but we will keep your details for potential future opportunities.
