Signature Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for an Executive Assistant to provide a high level of support to three Directors in a creative environment. The primary role of the Executive Assistant is to provide professional all-round administrative support in this central London location.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience supporting seniors working in a fast-paced administration environment, the ability to prioritise with excellent time management skills, able to communicate clearly and effectively. If you have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong diary management skills, then this can be the perfect opportunity for you!


Executive Assistant Key Responsibilities:

  • The primary point of contact for three Directors
  • Diary and inbox management
  • Organising and supporting meetings, including booking rooms and minute taking
  • Making international travel arrangements and organising visas
  • Management of expenses and invoices
  • Carrying out research and projects
  • Proofreading documents with a high attention to detail
  • Preparing for meetings on behalf of the Directors

Executive Assistant Key Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience providing office support to Senior Managers
  • Previous experience in diary management and Inbox management
  • Excellent organisational, communication (Written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • An eye for detail
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
