A French Speaking Customer Care Coordinator is required to deliver a high standard of customer care to a large and expanding customer base. Working within a busy team, you will have a track record of developing strong working relationships with customers via telephone and email. You will predominantly be working with their French customer base, and therefore the ability to fluently converse in French (both verbally and written) is a must.

The job will involve:

  • Providing outstanding customer care and maintaining regular contact with customers
  • Upselling additional products to existing clients, for example, by introducing a new product range
  • Producing and distributing product listings
  • Processing orders on the in-house database system
  • Ensuring that all customers receive their orders in a timely fashion and problems are resolved professionally


Updating MS Excel Spreadsheets

  • Running various reports as required
  • Liaising with the field agent regarding sales and targets
  • Resolving problems and queries relating to orders
  • Liaising with other departments regarding outstanding information and order troubleshooting
  • Maintaining communication with the warehouse regarding orders and stock level

The right candidate must have:

  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • The ability to hold a commercial conversation in both French and English
  • Strong telephone and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive attitude
  • The ability to problem solve
  • Competent IT skills including MS Excel, Word and Outlook, as well as experience of using in-house database systems

Paying £20,000 per annum. This is a 6 month fixed term contract based in North Bristol, working with a strong brand undergoing considerable growth. Working Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm. Due to company location and poor public transport links, applicants must have access to their own vehicle; parking is available.
