Customer Service Executive (French Speaking)
Signature Recruitment are partnered with a well-known, global company based in North Bristol. This company is a market leader within FMCG/Manufacturing. We are looking for a Customer Service Executive (French Speaking) to join the team on a 12 month FTC. You’ll be joining a team of friendly professionals, taking responsibility of client accounts including account management, order administration and complaint handling.
What you’ll be doing:
- Taking full ownership for customer service for your customer accounts, ensuring excellent service at all times.
- Ensuring all order administration is up to date and completed in a timely manner including order uploading, order acknowledgement and pricing amendments. The administration side also includes updating stock sheets on Excel and keeping the CRM up to date.
- Dealing with complaints with an agreed period of time, chasing internal teams involved to ensure all complaints are dealt with quickly and professionally.
- Actively managing accounts, ensuring customers are updated on load times or order delays and customers are kept in touch with regularly.
- Experience within a fast-paced customer service environment
- Great time management and great attention to detail
- Fluent French & English
- Excellent communication skills to deal with customers and internal stakeholders
This is a full-time role, working Monday-Friday 08:30-17:00 (flexibility considered). The role is office based. Salary is £25,000. Due to the location of the office you will need your own transport
