Job Description

Do you have good experience of internal campaigns within higher education, large organisations or Think Tanks? Do you have exceptional written communication skills and creativity? Are you proactive and organised?  If so, Signature Recruitment is seeking a University Marketing Campaign Manager to join our client, a prestigious London University. This full-time, temporary assignment starts immediately and runs for six months. It is offered on a hybrid working structure. The salary range is £40,000 to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As a University Marketing Campaign Manager, you will be assisting the Associate Director of Strategic Projects, Communication & Change with the development of creative and innovative internal campaigns. You will be responsible for creatively working on projects and writing and designing materials. You will confidently liaise with other stakeholders about the organisation and management of the rollout of campaigns. In addition, you will happily assist with other ad-hoc tasks in order to ensure the efficient running of the department.

University Marketing Campaign Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Confidently creating innovative and well-crafted campaigns. Working within operations for campaign development for the enhancement of student life and wellbeing
  • Communicating and raising awareness of complex campaigns to both students and staff. To include using social media, digital video as well as internal communication channels and forums
  • Providing and applying expert knowledge to the roll out and project management of campaigns
  • Ensuring key stakeholders are involved and committed to campaigns
  • Leading the maintenance and analysis of data from internal marketing
  • Working flexibly as part of a team, assisting others in times of high-volume activity and undertaking ad-hoc duties as required to facilitate the smooth running of the department

University Marketing Campaign Manager Key Skills:

  • A qualified and experienced marketer with good working knowledge of internal marketing campaigns
  • Excellent verbal and particularly written communication skills to craft well written communication on a variety of channels
  • Highly Proficient in IT – and a confident user of new internal systems
  • A proactive, self-starter with the ability to run with projects, multitask whilst maintaining a strong attention to detail
