Signature Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator to join an interior product manufacturer based near Bath who are committed to maintain and build on being the best in the industry.

The key responsibilities of this role are:
• Coordinating appointments for survey and fitting teams to visit customers
• Adapting to any changes of timings or logistics throughout the day
• Planning efficient routes for the teams to manage customer expectations and meet needs of the business
• Answering customer enquiries over the phone and via email
• Maintaining good levels of communication with internal teams

You will need:
• Commitment to delivering fantastic customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Administration experience
• Ability to remain calm under pressure

This role is a temp to perm, full time position paying £22,000 per annum with good benefits. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm with 30 minutes for lunch. Due to the location, you will need your own transport and free onsite parking is available.
