As part of our boutique independent recruitment consultancy’s growth, we require a Marketing Communications Executive to create and implement a marketing communications strategy for our Bristol office.

As Marketing Communications Executive, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a marketing communications strategy to grow and engage with our community of current and potential customers. Developing consistent and compelling corporate messaging and communications campaigns across multiple channels including digital (website and social media), email, soft brochures, and flyers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Map and plan communication strategy for our current and target community of both candidates and clients
  • Understand and develop Avatars
  • Responsible for social media communication,  design posts and campaigns to engage communities
  • Write and design email campaigns to engage and covert new potential clients and candidates
  • Writing copy, articles, tender document information and collateral in line with Signature’s voice
  • Maintain and develop the Signature style and brand
  • Design artwork, SM posts, brochures using Canva in line with Signature’s brand guidelines
  • Track, measure and report on activities and campaigns and proactively look for improvements wherever possible
  • Understand our clients thoroughly, what they need and want
  • Understand and maximise our “sweet spot”

Skills required:

  • Highly organised and comfortable working to deadlines across multiple projects
  • Excellent people skills with ability to build strong working relationships
  • Strong Microsoft Office, Mailchimp, Canva and Social Media capability
  • Strong copy writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Creativity
  • Able to develop, implement and monitor processes and best practice
  • Adaptable to change in a complex environment
  • Collaborative working style
  • A thorough understanding of marketing communications strategies

We anticipate this role will be 9 hours per week, hours to be conducted in our central Bristol offices between Monday and Friday.
