Do you have a membership background or experience in processing applications? Are you confident with MS Dynamics? If so, we at Signature Recruitment are seeking a Membership Administrator to join our client’s growing team. This role offers the opportunity to play a vital role in shaping the organisation’s global membership base. This is a remote position, with one day for training in the office on the first day and the rest working from home. This is a temporary position for four weeks but could be extended and may become permanent role.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual interested in advancing their career in membership administration. As Membership Administrator, you will drive the entire administrative process associated with membership. This includes reviewing applications for compliance, ensuring all information is collected, collaborating with teams, and overseeing data management and generating reports for management review. You will also identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance efficiency. In addition, you will assisting in the preparation of presentations and meetings.

Membership Administrator Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end membership application process. To include being the first point of contact for membership applications, ensuring supporting documentation is in place, and evaluating applications for compliance
  • Input, track, and maintain application data using Microsoft Dynamics and other relevant platforms such as Xero and WordPress
  • Liaise with the Executive Office regarding progress, approvals, and rejections
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Membership Team. To include, managing the inbox and diary, drafting presentations, preparing agendas, and attending events and meetings
  • Send invitations to prospective applicants and answer queries relating to the application process
  • Present Business Development with leads and assist with the onboarding of applicants

Membership Administrator Key Skills:

  • Prior membership, application processing or standards experience
  • Good organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient IT skills – confident in using a variety of software platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Office suite.
  • A proactive mindset with a collaborative approach and helpful attitude
