Signature Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to join our client, a global construction firm to assist them with a current project. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience and be committed to delivering a high level of service to be able to provide support to a busy, fast-paced office.

The Office Manager will be on the front desk acting as first point of contact, maintain staff calendars and diaries, arrange meetings and handle general enquiries. If you are immediately available and looking for an opportunity to develop your Administration experience then this could be the role for you!

Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Meeting arrangements, Agenda preparation and minute taking
  • Meet and greet guests and visitors
  • Assist with general day to day tasks and queries from team members
  • Diary management for Project Director and Project Team when required
  • Absence management / Weekend working rota
  • Coordination with Client PA and their offices for meetings
  • Assisting with Events when necessary
  • Answering, Fielding and Distributing Phone Calls
  • Travel and accommodation bookings

Office Manager Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • High proficiency when using Microsoft Office programmes such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint and excellent general IT skills
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Able to be responsible for and prioritise effectively your own workload, and work to deadlines
  • Able to work well as part of a team
  • Strong Communication skills
