Order Management Coordinator (12 Month FTC) 

Signature Recruitment have exclusively partnered with a well-known FMCG brand in the hunt for an Order Management Coordinator based in North Bristol. In this role you would be responsible for maintaining a strong relationship with customers, liaising with Sale Representatives across the EMEA. If you have strong attention to detail, organisation, an analytical and self-motivated approach then this could be a great role for you.

Main responsibilities:  

  • Review incoming orders checking all information is accurate and rectifying errors accordingly. 
  • Complete end-to-end order process, communicating any issues to internal departments.  
  • By using their warehouse management system, liaising with the warehouse for order shipping, within allocated deadlines. 
  • Updating customer information on the system and communicating any changes to internal teams. 
  • Ensuring customers receive orders on time and high levels of service to encourage business growth.  
  • Work closely with Sales Representatives to achieve targets for invoiced sales. 
  • Running and maintaining reports regularly.  
  • Participating in specialist meetings both internal and external. 
  • This role is an ideal stepping stone to National Account Executive/National Account Manager roles. 

Key skills: 

  • Great working knowledge of excel. 
  • Experience within a business-to-business environment. 
  • Experience of processing orders. 
  • Great attention to details and organisation skills. 

 

This 12-month fixed term contract, working 37.5 hours across 5 days between the hours of 8am – 5:30. Due to the location of this vacancy, having your own transport is required. Please reach out to Nancy at Signature for more detail!
