Signature is excited to be recruiting for a professional company based in Central Bristol who are looking for a target focused people to join their team tasked with finding key information from client long lists in a fast paced environment. This role is temporary with the intention of going permanent.
As the Telephone Researcher your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Working through long lists of potential clients to ensure accurate contact details are obtained
- Updating CRM systems with correct contact information
- Meeting targets daily
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 1 year of customer service with professional approach to their work
- Use to being on the phone for long periods to gather information
- Perseverance when gathering information and is able to come back strongly when dealt with rejection on the phone
- A strong sense of responsibility and ownership in their work
The working hours of this role are Monday to Friday from 1pm – 9pm and is paying £9.50ph.
