We are currently recruiting for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join an exciting travel company in Central Bristol on a part-time basis. If you share a passion for friendly, ethical and high-quality service, this could be the right role for you.

Main responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and seeing to guests, making sure they have a great visit and experience
  • Making refreshments for visitors
  • Tidying and maintaining the reception area to ensure the reception area is welcoming and on-brand
  • Providing exceptional customer service both in person and on the phone, dealing with customer queries
  •  Providing administrative assistance to the Office Manager and other teams where necessary
  • Seeing to and dealing with post and deliveries accordingly
  • Booking staff travel
  • Printing and preparation of travel info packs
  • Generating reports on weekly visitors

Skills required:

  • Experience in a FOH or customer-facing role
  • Pro-active, organised and enthusiastic attitude
  • At least one year’s experience within an administrative position
  • Highly competent with Microsoft office packages

The working hours for this position is 22.5 hours per week, Thursday 9-6, Friday 9-5:30 and Saturday 9-5, with an hour for lunch. This role is paying £19,650 per annum pro rata. This role is based in Central Bristol with no parking.
