Signature Recruitment has an exciting new opportunity to join our client, a renowned London university, as a Programme Administrator This role will be hybrid with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home. If you have experience of working within a university and in a fast paced environment, then this could be the ideal role for you!
The ideal candidate will have experience of working as a Programme Administrator within higher education, have student records experience, be detail orientated and have excellent communication skills as you will be responsible for various administrative duties.
Programme Administrator Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting with the Assessment period
- Managing an international inbox
- Front of desk duties
- Student Attendance monitoring
- Data input and analysis
- Updating VLE, such as Moodle and KEATS
- Ad hoc duties
Programme Administrator Skills and Experience:
- Able to remain calm under pressure
- Experience in a programme administrator role would be beneficial
- A strong understanding of higher education and the student lifecycle
- Confident and a strong communicator
- Able to work proactively and use initiative
- Numerically Adequate
- Enthusiastic
- Conscientious
