Signature Recruitment has an excellent opportunity for a Programme Administrator to join or Client, a prestigious ­­­University in West London. As a member of this professional team, you will provide full administration support to various areas across large departments.

The ideal candidate will be London based, highly organised and proactive, performing general administration duties and providing comprehensive support to Programme Directors and key figures of Staff. If you are in possession of outstanding communication skills and can work efficiently to deadlines independently and as part of a team, this could be the position for you!

Programme Administrator Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a busy team providing assistance and support to the programme Directors in the development and delivery of the Departments various programmes
  • Communicate and liaise with key members of Staff and contribute to various Departmental activities and events
  • Maintain the departments computer systems daily
  • Serve as the first point of contact for programme related enquiries and effectively respond and deal with them via email, telephone, post and in person
  • Assist with the programme requirements such as: booking rooms, production of programme documentation and manage the student timetabling process
  • Monitor the shared inbox of enquiries from students, teaching and support staff, and absence requests from students
  • Prepare for and support delivery of Events and Conferences taking place
  • Support set-up of folders and content on internal Virtual Learning Platforms

Programme Administrator Essential Skills:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Previous experience working within the Higher Education sector
  • High proficiency when using Microsoft Office programmes such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint and excellent general IT skills
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Able to be responsible for and prioritise effectively your own workload, and work to deadlines
  • Able to work well as part of a team
  • Strong Communication skills
