Job Description

Signature recruitment have partnered with an international FMCG company in the hunt for an ambitious Purchase Administrator.

Working within the companies central Bristol office, you will join fast paced and growing team supporting customers all over the world. You will be responsible for the entire purchasing and product data processes, from onboarding of new suppliers and end-to-end purchase order processing, through to stock tracking and product management.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing Purchase orders from start to finish
  • Ensure all orders are on time and in full
  • Liaise with suppliers to understand the good supple status
  • Analysis and report on stock levels, across multiple venues
  • Monitor and manage the company database, ensure all info is accurate and up to date
  • Collaborate with in company teams to manage the flow of information across the business

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of similar experience, preferably in a FMCG industry
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work and thrive under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable solving problems, making decisions and offering solutions
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong IT Skills including Excel

This is a full-time role, working Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm. Salary is up to 28,000 depending on experience. After Initial training, the role would be available in a hybrid fashion.
