Our client based in Avonmouth, are looking for a professional individual on a part-time basis who is keen to provide high quality and proactive reception and administrative support, within in a busy FMCG environment.

Based on the front desk, as a Receptionist your role will involve:

  • Meeting and greeting all visitors
  • Answering incoming calls and taking messages or transferring
  • Ordering refreshments for meetings
  • Formatting documents (MS Word and PowerPoint)
  • Ordering company business cards and making stationary orders
  • Typing up documentation and updating the TV screen information
  • Filing, scanning and photocopying
  • Processing all incoming and outgoing post
  • Accommodation and travel arrangements
  • Liaising with Facilities to provide routine and emergency maintenance/ repairs
  • Security clearing visitors and producing security badges for new employees Championing company product in the reception area and meeting rooms i.e. samples
  • Other general administration duties for the team

The ideal candidate will have a professional approach, proactive attitude and experience in a similar role. This is a 6 month fixed-term contract, paying £10.26 per hour. Working hours are flexible, working 4 hours each day between 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday, for a total of 20 hours a week. Due to weak public transport links, you will need your own vehicle to be considered for this role.
