Job Description

Signature are delighted to be recruiting for an Assistant Customer Service Manager role for a leading global FMCG client based in Avonmouth. The ideal candidate will have specific team leadership experience within a contact centre environment and will have a passion for supporting their team and driving success. 

  • Salary up to £35,000

Responsibilities: 

  • First point of contact for escalated customer queries and complaints  
  • Managing workflow to ensure team KPIs are being met. 
  • Ensuring all team training is up to date and being as and when it is needed.  
  • Team administration including holiday requests, performance reviews, Human Resource operations and training schedules. 
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction feedback to ensure that customer service is being improved. 

Requirements: 

  • Management experience within a call centre environment  
  • Experience in managing escalations and complex queries. 
  • Experience within a continuous improvement environment. 

This is a full-time position working 40 hours across 5 days a week. The role is based in Avonmouth with free parking so you will need to be able to drive to reach the office. For more information, please get in touch with Sara at Signature today!
