We’re looking for a full-time Team Leader with previous experience leading teams in a contact centre environment. You must be great at building rapport with customers and colleagues, be able to coach others and understand how to work with contact centre KPIs.

Your team will be the first point of contact between the customers and the company. You will be expected to train the team, monitor their work, and review their performance, based on statistics.  Additionally, you will be expected to handle escalations from the team and continually identify ways to improve processes and practises, then implement and imbed them.
