Signature are proud to be recruiting for an Administrator to join a busy marketing team within a charity in Central Bristol. This is temporary position for up to 8 weeks.

If you can deliver excellent customer service, enjoy a varied role and have good attention to detail, this could be a great role for you!

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Answering membership enquiries via phone, email and post both inbound and outbound
  • Updating and maintain personal data on the internal system
  • Processing payment and information requests
  • Conducting administration for memberships and donations
  • Working with the team to keep up to date with legal requirements for memberships

You need:

  • Excellent customer service both written and verbal
  • Data entry/administration experience
  • To be able to work to deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail

This is a full time role working Monday to Friday (9am-5:30pm) and paying £9.74 per hour, starting Monday 22nd July. The office is located in Central Bristol with no parking.
