Signature Recruitment is an independent consultancy based in City of London. Due to rapid growth, we are currently recruiting for an Account Coordinator to take responsibility for ensuring temporary assignments run smoothly with candidates and clients through providing an exceptional level of service in on-boarding procedures, quality control calls, on-site reviews and payroll assistance.

Alongside this the Account Coordinator will contribute towards business revenue and growth through appropriate coordination of vacancies (including taking and controlling job orders) shortlists, working lists and lead generation. Excellent communication skills will be essential in order to forge and maintain long standing relationship with clients, candidates and colleagues. The role is on a full time, permanent basis with immediate start!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, manage and strengthen good working relationships with Hiring Managers
  • Place service calls with temporary workers on a regular basis whilst actively problem solve and complete follow up on actions required to provide a solution to the candidate query
  • Taking accurate detailed job orders by meeting Hiring Managers, agree timescales for action points and assist the shortlisting process
  • Organise interview schedules and send shortlists to clients where appropriate
  • Coordination of working lists, know all placed candidates by name, rate, location and experience, effectively manage finishers, communicating between client and candidate to extend assignment verbally and through the CRM database
  • Collect lead information from both online sources and compliance documentation
  • Organise on-site meetings with clients to discuss the performance and expectation of temporary workers in their team
  • Resolve payroll issues for candidates and clients including but not limited to PO and timesheet queries
  • Book and conduct candidate registrations, qualify CVs,
