Signature Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Bid Manager in the Education sector in to support the co-ordination of all Bid/Business Winning activities. The ideal candidate will be organised, have a keen eye for detail and able to remain calm during tight deadlines. This role is a 6-month contract, looking to move into a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write, review and edit material for proposal documents
  • Project manage the bid through to completion
  • Introduce innovative ideas and themes for new proposals and create the required graphics
  • Ensure timely dispatch and take responsibility for arrival of documents
  • Prepare material for post-tender interview and responses
  • Research into existing and new sectors to support the development of our offering
  • Organising and attending events in line with the business plan
  • Actively helping the team to ensure the success of bid applications

Essential Requirements:

  • A track record of winning bids, ideally within Education
  • Have worked as a Bid Manager or as part of a bid team for a leading organisation within the UK
  • Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
  • Degree educated, APMP Practitioner or Prince 2 qualified.

This great opportunity is suitable for part time or full time working Monday to Friday, flexi hours. The position is offering £35,000-40,000. Due to central location, no parking is available.
