We are looking for someone who prides themselves on excellent customer service, to join a small team within a leading FMCG brand in North Somerset.

You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering and maintaining a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers in accordance with agreed procedures and systems
  • Promptly and accurately updating in-house database systems with new information
  • Investigating issues and resolving customer complaints
  • Logging and responding to telephone calls, emails and letters from customers
  • Answering inbound calls and assisting other departments when required
  • Supporting field colleagues with information requests

If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service, have good administration and IT skills, this could be the next job for you! The right person for this role will have a cheerful disposition, reliable and a track record of showing initiative.

This is a temporary, full time position and working hours  are 34.5 hours Monday to Friday, paying £10.81 per hour. The role is to start as soon as possible, lasting up until the start of September.

Having your own transport is ideal with onsite parking available.
