Signature Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Customer Support Team Leader. This rare and varied opportunity has arisen within an education consultancy based in central Bristol.

Working closely with a peer to ensure consistency, you will lead a team of five co-workers, nurturing a positive, customer focused and motivated environment. Key to achieving this would be the training and development of new and existing co-workers and ongoing quality assessment and on the job coaching. Knowledge of the education sector is highly desirable.

Key duties:

  • Driving continuous improvements across all areas of accountability and maintaining an excellent service
  • Monitoring performance, setting and reviewing productivity
  • Completing team meetings, leading 121s and appraisals, and formulating training and development plans
  • Acting as the escalation point for any major issues
  • Identifying innovative ideas for programme development
  • Managing and coordinating events (i.e. booking venues, liaising with trainers, candidates etc.)
  • Ensuring an excellent service is provided to all contacts of the business
  • Contributing to the growth of the business, modelling the values and supporting the vision of the organisation

Key Requirements:

  • Team Leader/Manager experience
  • Strong communication and coordination experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to communicate with candidates, tutors and educational institutions
  • Ideally from an education background

This great opportunity is a full-time position working Monday to Friday (9am – 5pm, flexible hours). The permanent position is offering £28,000-33,000. Due to the central location, no parking is available.
