Our client, a Pharmaceutical Organisation has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, accounts experience, confident and be committed to delivering a high level of service.

The Office Manager will be responsible for the Financial Administration duties including dealing with cash-flow, credit control and invoice generation. Alongside this you will be dealing with customer enquiries, generating stock reports and providing administrative support to the Management Team. If you are highly organised, accurate and an excellent communicator, then this can be the perfect opportunity for you, read on!

 

Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Accounting (Dealing with cash-flow / Reconciling invoices & Payments)
  • General administrative support to the Management Team
  • Generate daily stock report showing stock levels and product awaiting release
  • Checking and submitting expenses
  • Invoice generation against each order
  • Monthly statements to each customer
  • Ensuring all company insurances are up to date
  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Reconciling payments against our accounts package

 

Office Manager Essential Skills include:

  • Financial Administration
  • Microsoft Word and Excel – Advanced
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Numerate, with analytical skills
  • Pro-active and staying calm under the pressure
