We have an immediate opportunity to work for a well-distinguished beauty brand in North Bristol. We are currently seeking a Purchasing Administrator to join their dynamic team to help manage the scheduling of stock purchasing and supply on a full time basis.

If you have first class Excel skills and previous purchasing or stock-control experience this could be the role for you!

The main responsibilities for this role are:

  • Manage stock holding and purchasing for goods
  • Raise purchase orders and chase outstanding POs
  • Ensure that the internal database is kept up to date
  • Maintain a close working relationship with other departments to ensure deadlines are met
  • Provide support for the Purchasing team and the Purchasing Manager
  • Excel reporting to help with forecasting

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills to include Excel (Pivots and VLOOKUPS)
  • A friendly and approachable manner
  • A forward thinking approach and able to juggle a busy work load

This a fixed term contract to cover a maternity contract. This is for a 37.5 hour week with free parking onsite. The salary offered is £9.23p/h.
