Our Client, a leading London University in the Central London area has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance and Student Administrator to join their busy team on a temporary basis.

The post holder will manage their own work load efficiently, reacting to changing priorities as needed. They will be highly organised with an excellent eye for detail and be able to take their own initiative.

If you are a organised administrator with a great work ethic and available immediately then this is the role for you!

Quality Assurance Administrator Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative duties to the entire department
  • Act as first point of contact for staff and students, signposting onwards as necessary
  • To be the Faculty Disability Liaison representative
  • To provide full administrative support for Quality Assurance activities including, but not limited to: Programme Reviews, module and programme approval and revision, assessment boards
  • Provide full administrative support for internal and external audits or reviews
  • To coordinate and administrate the collection and analysis of student feedback
  • To coordinate and administrate various campaigns and events including
  • To provide administrative support for the monitoring of student attendance and engagement, including meeting the reporting requirements for potential Tier 4 Visa holders
  • To provide information for and coordinate the creation of reports and guidance documentation
  • To provide administrative support for Student Experience related initiatives

Quality Assurance Administrator Experience:

  • Experience of working within Higher Education in the UK
  • Highly IT literate, including Microsoft Office specifically Excel
  • Excellent communication skills to work with academic colleagues, the education support team and students
  • A calm demeanour and the ability to remain calm under pressure at a busy time of year
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to use their initiative to solve problems
  • Educated to A-level
  • Experience of managing a varied workload across projects, meeting deadlines
  • Proven administrative skills
