We are currently seeking a friendly, outgoing individual to join a well-established family business specialising in luxury interior fittings as a Showroom Administrator.

You will be displaying your excellent customer service skills in the retail side of the business, working with direct customers as well as those referred from other retailers.

This position will be primarily working in the showroom so an outward facing personality is essential. A perfect blend between face-to-face customer service and administration, this position is a brilliant opportunity for a personable individual.

The main duties of this role are:

  • Answering the phone for queries and orders
  • Speaking to and meeting with members of the public
  • Showing customers around the yard and working factory to view materials
  • Using Excel to provide quotations
  • Liaising with internal fitters and foreman regarding customer orders
  • Ad hoc administration tasks

You will need:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask
  • Computer literacy
  • To be well presented and smartly dressed

This is a full time (37.5 hour week), permanent position, paying between £18,000 – £20,000 per year in North Bristol with parking available on site.

Working hours have some flexibility – Monday and Wednesday 8am-5:30pm, choose either Tuesday or Thursday 8am-5:30pm, Friday 8:30am-5pm and Saturdays 9am-1pm.
