Temporary Recruitment Process

1. Discovering

You discuss your temporary vacancy in detail with a dedicated Client Services Executive in your industry. This includes understanding the office environment, your team, culture and aspirations of your business. Together, we agree the candidate profile required including skills, core capabilities and competencies as well as placement timelines.

 

3. Shortlisting

We submit our shortlist of recommended candidates to you with all the relevant information as requested, for example bespoke testing, enabling you to make the right decision.

5. Offering

We contact the candidate to offer them the role and we reconfirm the full assignment details and complete all compliance checks.

2. Launching

Our Delivery Team launches the recruitment process by identifying suitable candidates from our Signature candidate pool and advertising your role on a variety of platforms and mediums to reach the best candidates on the market. We screen responses and invite selected candidates for interviews, as well as carry out compliance due diligence including right-to-work checks

 

4. Selecting

You chose to either arrange interviews and select who would like to start or book your selected candidates to commence the role.

6. Supporting

We provide you with ongoing placement support. Your Client Services Executive will liaise in week one with you and the candidate to ensure smooth onboarding and carry out an onsite review several weeks into the placement. We will follow up regularly by telephone with both you and the candidate.

We manage the offer for you, including; job offer confirmed and presented to the chosen candidate; if applicable, candidate guidance through counter offers; personal contact details issued to facilitate offer letter and employment contract.
