This event focused on the important role of Performance Conversations in modern leadership. In partnership with Crisp Professional Development, the session explored the intricacies of these vital conversations.
Hosted by Shaun Durham, the event ensured that every attendee left equipped with thought provoking insights and actions. The day covered essential topics such as understanding performance more generally as well as combating under performance, and delivering effective feedback. Interactive breakout sessions facilitated discussions amongst the attendees – one of the main hot topics was around work from home culture and performance conversations.
The event took place at a central location on Bishopsgate, beside Liverpool Street Station and was a resounding success. The response was overwhelmingly positive, with many appreciating the practical insights and shared experiences.
